Our Mission
For the past 30+ years we have provided safe, fun, and inclusive holiday camps for children aged 5–14. Whether your child wants to develop their sporting skills or simply enjoy a variety of games and activities, our amazing facilities, expert coaches, and dedicated staff create a nurturing environment where every child can make friends, gain confidence, have incredible experiences, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Useful information
Sports School Holiday Clubs – Parent Info
Cost: £80–£130 per week or £30 per day (price per child); wrap-around care £9 per day.
Age: 5–14 years.
Duration: 4–5 day blocks (single days available; multiple days recommended).
Times: 10:00am–4:00pm | Wrap-around: 8:30–10:00am & 4:00–5:25pm.
Bring: Packed lunch & snacks (no nuts), water bottle, trainers, sports clothes, warm top, coat, sun cream & hat, named hand sanitiser, medication in a sealed named bag, spare pants/socks/trousers for younger children, plus any additional info from your booking form.
Do Not Bring: Computer games, chewing gum, expensive items, nuts, mobile phones (unless handed to staff for journey home).

Venues: Jesmond Park Academy (Jesmond Park West entrance, back of school); Newcastle High School for Girls(Tankerville Terrace entrance); John Spence Community High School (main car park off Preston Road, follow flags to sports hall).
Groupings
At Sports School, we aim to make every child feel happy, safe, and included. Whenever possible, children are placed with friends of a similar age, and if that isn’t possible, our friendly group leaders will work with your child on the first morning to help them feel settled.
For larger age differences, children are grouped by age so activities remain safe, enjoyable, and suited to everyone’s abilities. We encourage kindness, respect, and support, helping every child make friends, build confidence, and have a wonderful week.
We welcome children from Reception (5) to 14 years, with caring staffing ratios of 1:15 under 8s and 1:30 over 8s.
